Do I need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist in Juhu?
No. Physiotherapists in India are direct-access providers — you can book directly without a doctor's referral. If you do have a referral, MRI report or X-ray, please bring it along; it helps us tailor your plan faster.
How many sessions will I need?
Most musculoskeletal cases need between 6 and 12 sessions. After your first assessment we'll give you an honest estimate. Sports injuries and chronic conditions may need longer; acute strains can sometimes be resolved in 3–4 sessions.
How long is each session?
Standard follow-up sessions are 45 minutes one-on-one with a senior physiotherapist. Your initial assessment is also 45 minutes. We don't run multiple patients in parallel.
Do you accept mediclaim or insurance?
Yes. We provide insurance-friendly receipts for reimbursement, and we coordinate cashless claims with Star Health, HDFC ERGO, ICICI Lombard, Tata AIG, Niva Bupa, Care Health and several other major insurers. Bring your policy details to your first visit.
Do you offer home physiotherapy in Juhu and surrounding areas?
Yes. We provide home visit physiotherapy across Juhu, JVPD Scheme, Vile Parle West, Andheri West, Khar West, Santacruz, Versova and Lokhandwala. Our therapists carry portable equipment so you receive clinic-quality care at home.
Will treatment hurt?
Some hands-on techniques (manual therapy, dry needling) cause mild, temporary discomfort, but treatment should never be painful in the wrong way. We always check pressure and intensity with you — your comfort is our priority.
Can I do physiotherapy while pregnant?
Absolutely — many of our patients are. Our women's health team is trained in pregnancy and postnatal physiotherapy, including pelvic floor care, back pain in pregnancy and post-delivery recovery.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Most patients are seen within 24–48 hours, and same-day slots are often available for urgent cases. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 98197 75742.
Is parking available at the clinic?
Yes. PACE House on Gulmohar Road has visitor parking. We're a 5-minute walk from Mithibai College, easily accessible by auto, taxi or car from anywhere in Juhu and Vile Parle.
What conditions do you not treat?
We don't treat acute medical emergencies, neurological conditions requiring hospitalisation, or cases needing immediate surgical intervention. If your case is outside our scope we'll refer you to the right consultant in the area.
